scorecards
These assessments establish a baseline understanding of each nation’s cyber posture, operational trends, and overall relevance within the regional threat environment. They are published quarterly as part of our ongoing reporting cycle.
Each country is rated on a scale from 1 to 10—1 representing the weakest or most challenged cyber position, and 10 representing the strongest posture attainable in today’s rapidly evolving cyber landscape. These ratings are not intended to be exact or definitive metrics, but rather informed analytical estimates based on the conditions observed.

It is important to note that these assessments are shaped not only by cyber considerations, but also by broader economic, geopolitical, and regional factors that influence a nation’s overall security environment.
